Welcome to the brand-new Soundfall Development Blog, where we’ll discuss the latest news from the Soundfall Team!

First of all, it’s been a while: We at Drastic hope that all of you are doing well and taking care of one another. More than ever, we must work together to keep each other safe, and to ensure a just future for all people. 

A lot of great things have happened this year! 2021 was very exciting for Drastic Games. 

In September, Drastic partnered with the quality assurance team from Experis Gaming to help us put the polish on Soundfall. We’re pumped. These folks are helping ensure that we give you the best game possible, and it’s totally rad to have them aboard...and not to worry, we promise to share the best of our blooper reel with all of you! 

If you follow us on social media (you… do follow us on social media, yeah?) you’ve seen a lot of gameplay lately! It has been a real pleasure to share some of where we’re at as we continue to iterate on the gameplay experience, and not just because we get to play a bunch of Soundfall while we’re at it! We love hearing your reactions, and we’re honored by your excitement. 

The Soundfall Campaign Mode is fully playable from end-to-end! The team has put together something really special, with characters we’ve grown to know and love, and watching the story of Soundfall unfold is a real pleasure. We’re excited to share it with you. 

On the music front, big news! We’ve partnered with Epidemic Sound to ensure Soundfall is absolutely brimming with great tracks. But there’s more—a whole variety of exceptionally talented musicians have created original music just for Soundfall, and it all sounds absolutely amazing! In the coming weeks, we’ll be highlighting some of these artists on social media, so keep your ears open!
